This session is meant for when you’re on limited time in your schedule but have something that’s just not agreeing with you. This could be anything from tension in your neck creating a headache to sore tired feet from working all day to just needing to shut the world out for a little while with an incredible scalp massage. Can you imagine a solid 30 minutes with someone massaging your scalp? Heaven!

30 Minute “Get Me By” Focused Area

Just like the 30 minute session, this 45 minute session, when you’re crunched for time, is designed to let us zero in on an area that you’re having trouble with or we can dedicate the time to an area that’s your favorite. This can be all lower body after a grueling “leg day” at the gym or arms and hands after a long day of manual labor. Shorter sessions can provide laser focused detail work to smaller areas.



45 Minute “Get Me By” Focused Area

For 60 minutes you get to enjoy a complete head to toe experience at one time. We focus on areas you may feel tension or pain but we also work on all the areas in between. This promotes a whole body relaxation where you can briefly escape the mundane of a work day or mentally restore some balance to a crazy week. According to Adicamassage.com, A 60-minute massage is equivalent to getting 7-8 hours of sleep to your body.

60 minute “Relax” Full Body Massage

This session is great for when one hour just isn’t quite enough but you don’t have enough time to devote to a longer time slot. I found that this is a great compromise for the busy mind that has a harder time getting into relax mode during the massage. If you ever find yourself finally getting to actually enjoy your time on the massage table only to find out the session is over, and you feel like it took you longer to turn off your frazzled brain then this session might be for you. It had added time for you to settle and get in the relax frame of mind.

75 Minute “Rewind” Full Body Massage

A 90 minute session is where we can really dive in to unwinding your body’s compensatory patterns unlike what we are able to do in a shorter session. With a longer time, there is ability to spend a greater amount of detail on other parts of the body that may get rushed over during a shorter session. It’s perfect for if you have several favorite areas and would like to get equal amounts of unhurried attention to them all. At the end of a 90 minute session you really feel like you’ve gotten your money’s worth and we stand a greater chance of getting ahead of certain patterns.

90 Minute “Reset” Full Body Massage

Signature Massage

This is the most ultimate, feel amazing after, sessions that we currently offer. 120 minutes allows us to dive into your goals with the most intentional process we have available. I like to think of this session as a hybrid session. It allows ample time to explore range of motion, tissue health, and gives a better view of your body’s reaction to the work being done. In 120 minutes we have the option of exploring everything from warming the tissues with a basic Swedish to ending with assisted table stretching that checks and encourages range of motion on a more wide spread scale. If you have years of trauma and injury that are affecting your day-to-day and you’ve made the final decision to do something about it, this session will help you get there. Years of accumulated pathology, doesn’t go away in an instant. You work through it just as slowly as it accumulated and longer sessions can help get there faster.

120 Minute “Put Me Back Together” Full Body Session

By selecting this service you are guaranteed the use of hot stones throughout the massage on areas you would like enhanced relaxation. 

Reasons why the use of hot stones can be so impactful.

1. It’s comforting and relaxing
Think of the pleasure of being made warm by a fireside on a chilly day and you’ll understand why the heat of the hot stones is so comforting and relaxing.  It’s like being deeply embraced, right into your soul. It just feels like you’re ‘home’.

2. The heat aids depth
With the hot stones, one of the major benefits is that the heat from the stones penetrates your body, bringing many of the benefits of massage at a deeper level. It allows intense muscle relaxation which enables the massage therapist to actually work very deeply, without the same pressure that they would need to apply in a deep tissue massage.

3. Relief from tension and pain
Heat is a well-known natural pain reliever. If tension is behind an ache or pain, then heat can be enormously effective at relieving the tension and thus easing the pain. This is believed to be because when heat is applied to an area, the blood flow to that region increases. It can help alleviate spasms and enable a joint or muscles to be gently flexed and regain movement and mobility.

Cupping is a form of massage therapy that decompresses soft tissues using vacuum suction, unlike other forms of massage that compresses soft tissues.  During cupping, the cup gently sucks to your skin and lifts underlying soft tissue into the cup.

How does it feel?

Cupping is very relaxing and generally not painful.  The sensation that is experienced is a pulling of the skin as the cup is moved in a rolling fashion.  Redness or a feeling of warmth is usually experienced after the release of the cup due to increase blood flow to the area.

Almost anyone can benefit from cupping.  It is used to treat lack of mobility, tight muscles, scars and many diagnoses like headaches, tendinitis, bursitis, plantar fasciitis, fibromyalgia, and release of trigger points.

What to expect after treatment?

Mild soreness is to be expected from the buildup of lactic acid in the muscle tissue, but less soreness than a deep tissue massage.  Bruises are to be expected and can last up to a week.  Physical exertion and heat are not recommended after the treatment.

Session includes a discussion about concerns and questions with a 30-45 minute mini massage and pampering session for your child to introduce relaxation and will end with some hands on training for the parent to use at home to help promote connection, relaxation, and establish what it means to have self care. We've had parents boast how great this has been for night before test anxiety, ease in navigating big life changes, and general anxiety support. The time duration will depend on the age of the child.

What is dry brushing?

It’s a body massage with a dry, natural bristle brush that helps get rid of dead skin cells, increases circulation,  promotes lymphatic flow/drainage, and can be a powerful aid in pre and post surgery healing in how it influences your lymphatic system.

Prenatal massage helps to restore all of the tired areas of the body that are going through changes while pregnant. Several clients have enjoyed the space we're able to create in the ribs to give them and baby extra breathing room. All sessions are done in side lying position with a special pillow, just like if you were snuggled in bed. 

Massage during pregnancy is quite safe; however, always ask your doctor before beginning any kind of massage service. We see clients after their 12th week.

Mom to Be Prenatal Massage
