Learn how to promote self love and care to your little ones earlier than what we've had to wait to find it. We discuss ways to soothe the nervous system after a rough day and go over ideas to sweeten a bedtime routine to help unwind for a better tomorrow. Session includes a discussion about concerns and questions with a 30-45 minute mini massage and pampering session for your child to introduce relaxation and will end with some hands on training for the parent to use at home to help promote connection, relaxation, and establish what it means to have self care. We've had parents boast how great this has been for night before test anxiety, ease in navigating big life changes, and general anxiety support. The time duration will depend on the age of the child.
